To offset the adverse effects caused by non availability of trained manpower, NLC has decided to launch its own technical training institute by the name of Applied Technologies Institute NLC. Applied Technologies Institute NLC in Mandra (Punjab), is striving to create a pool of skilled manpower that will be available for NLC in particular and other construction organizations of our country in general. Vision for creating this institute is in line with the governments endeavor to add value to abundantly available human resource.
